Depending on the client’s needs, on the basis of the BIM model we prepare standard plant views, object sections, isometric views, visualizations, complete 3D models, as well as lists of materials, work schedules, and any other data that has been included in the database of the BIM project. We are able to implement any platform for coordination, management and communication in a BIM project and we can join the project even during its duration, adopting all the standards defined in the BEP document.
Most of our design platforms are compliant with BIM technology, which guarantees the development of documentation with the highest possible efficiency thanks to the creation of a common, synchronized database. It ensures constant availability and exchange of up-to-date information about the building between all participants in the design and construction process. Importantly, the IFC format makes it possible to exchange data between BIM platforms. As a result, it is possible to work with designers who use BIM platforms with completely different native file formats.

We test and develop BIM documentation development capabilities with Autodesk independent software. All this is in order to be ready to work in any possible situation.
We have already developed several dozen projects of sanitary and industrial installations in the BIM system. We have experience in working both as an independent unit creating all documentation and as part of a larger international team communicating through the C4R platform, BCF and IFC formats, and other interfaces satisfying the need to transmit design and pertinent data.
